Hedy Lamarr

Hedy Lamarr was an Austrian-American actress and inventor. While famous as a Hollywood star, she co-invented frequency-hopping spread spectrum technology during WWII, which became the basis for modern WiFi, GPS, and Bluetooth. Featured in "The Only Woman in the Room."
