Bree Taggert

Bree Taggert is a former Philadelphia homicide detective who becomes sheriff of Randolph County in upstate New York after her sister is murdered. She is tough, determined, and haunted by a traumatic childhood where her father killed her mother before committing suicide. Despite her fear of dogs stemming from childhood abuse, Bree is a skilled investigator who cares for her sister's children while solving dangerous cases.
